Returns, Refunds and exchanges

You've landed on our returns, refunds and exchanges page so we're going to assume there's something wrong with your order. Customer happiness is key at Gekco, we've made our products to be the best they possibly can be and if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we want to help rectify that.

First give our policy a read over below, then drop us a message either on instagram or email so we can try and sort out any problems. Please note this policy only covers purchases made at www.gekco.uk

We operate a 14 day return & refund policy. Within this period only, you can notify us of any problem and your intention to return the product. You then have a further 14 days from this notification to return the product to us, undamaged, unused and in its original condition. Once your return is received by us, within 3-5 days we will inspect the item and confirm the outcome of your return. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs and this will be non-refundable.

If you are intending to return the item because it has arrived broken or damaged, please ensure you have provided evidence which has been accepted by our team first, prior to sending the product back.

If your return is approved and you have requested a replacement we will ship this out within 3-5 days of approval.If you have any questions on how to return your item, please contact us.

Unfortunately at this time, international returns are not possible.
